Ruaidri mac Dubglais, or the Bear, is one of the three men from which you must get back an item for Lady Favours. He still has Woden's Horn, which you can get back by paying him 500 valuables, with 2 diplomacy for free or threaten him. When you threaten him, he won't be impressed and chooses to fight you instead.
